Yoga Books for Kids
Breathe in, breathe out... you've got this!
Have you ever done yoga with your little ones? It's never too early to start yoga and mindfulness. You may be surprised but generally children love doing yoga! There are amazing resources, classes, and books to help facilitate yoga movement and mindfulness. Many are focused around fun animal positions… and who doesn’t love pretending they are a balancing flamingo, a beautiful butterfly, or a fierce lion?
We've rounded up some of our favourite yoga books for kids:

Yawning Yoga

This is probably the prettiest yoga book we have ever seen. It’s a great rhyming book that would be perfect as part of a bedtime routine. They use cute play-on words for the yoga poses like “Bedtime Bug”, but also official yoga term is taught. There is a step-by-step mini illustration of how to properly do each pose.

This book takes you away to the jungle, to the garden, and even the pond. You will feel one with nature through simple yoga poses of your child’s favourite animals. It is a very fun yet precious story.
Yoga Bug. Simple Poses for Little Ones

The yoga poses mimic bugs but we promise wont these bugs wont make you squirm. Who knew there were so many yoga poses that looked like insects?
Good Night Yoga. A Pose-by-Pose Bedtime Story
